MySQL service failure on server “db.tecnico.ulisboa.pt” / “db.ist.utl.pt”

Last Sunday, May 25th at 23h50 we had a major data corruption on our MySQL service hosted on server db.ist.utl.pt. It was necessary to do full recover from backups. The recover was only completed on May 28th at 18h. During the recovery process some databases were unfortunately online, receiving more data, but due to some inconsistencies we had rollback every database to state before the failure.
If your database was one of those that were online during Monday and Tuesday, probably you lost data so please contact us.
